1. Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Sale items and accessories are not eligible for return.

Return shipping fee of $5.95 will be deducted from store credit.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for different size or item of equal value.

Just select exchange when starting your return.

We currently offer store credit only (no cash refunds) to keep things simple and sustainable.

3. Size Guide

Please keep in mind that the sizing can vary as we offer different brands and styles.

We are here to help - look on the clothing details to see if an item runs small, true to size, or runs large.

We will also list the model's size/fit for reference.

  • 0-2: XS
  • 2-4: S
  • 4-6: M
  • 8-10: L
  • 12-14: XL

5. Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days not including weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping (3-7 business days)
  • Free shipping on orders over $100

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delays are out of our control but we will always do our best to help resolve issues. Please contact us if your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
